Fagor Arrasate introduces the robot linear stacker equipped with the flexible automated gripper (patented). With this system only one gripper is needed for all the references. This saves cost and change over time, as the vacuum cups reposition automatically according to the next blank geometry to be produced, synchronizing itself with the nesting software. This flexibility makes it an optimal solution for laser blanking lines.

The stacker is equipped with artificial vision system that allows an accurate picking of the blank and a flexible disposition of the blanks in the pallet to avoid further manipulations at rates up to 20 cycles/min, depending on the size and geometry of the part and number of blanks per cycle.
